- In the year 1997-98, he came across Purified clean drinking Vending machines using Reverse Osmosis Technique in one of his trips to USA; He found a successful technology used by suppliers in California.
- Based on what he saw as a successful technology used by suppliers in California, he decided to promote the same concept in India, as he felt this would be decided he future of drinking water in India. Decided The Company was promoted and the initial R.O vending machines were assembled in India for the first time.
- The machines got installed in different places including New Delhi Station, Mumbai V. T, Baroda platform and in many important market places.
- He is the pioneer for introducing R.O Systems for common man usage.

- She is a Post graduate with specialization in CRM having more than 16 years of varied experience in Client Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Sales Coordination; Billing and collection in different professional & commercial organizations.
- She works closely in partnership and coordination with other verticals in order to manage all the requirements of the client, She leads a team of client Service Professionals/Engineers who provide support in handling client queries, escalations and product assistance.
- Responsible for activities regarding sales, client acquisition, client relation management, & maximizing revenue.
